The Grinch 2023 Schedule

December 8th

2:00 - 3:00      Volunteers Load up props and flooring at WOLCOTT TOWN HALL - Volunteer signup sheet below. Head to LUHS

3:30- 4:00        floor down on stage at LUHS

4:00-4:30         warm up

4:30- 6:30        NO children- Only Intermediate and Company

             tech full run then go back and repeat what needs it OR

                          Space and light then do a full run

7:00                 OUT of LUHS

December 9

10:00             Intermediate and Company Dancers Arrive at LUHS

10:30-11:30    Warm up class

11:15             All other dancers arrive

11:30- 12:30   Pre-Ballet, Beginning Ballet 1, & Beginning Ballet 2 classes spacing on stage

12:30-1:00      hair and make up 

1:00 - 2:30 approx   First show 

2:30 – 4:00 Break - dancers may leave with parents (costume pieces must remain at LUHS). NO chaperones will be available to watch dancers between shows

4:00             ***ALL DANCERS BACK TO LUHS***

4:30- 4:50       Warm up

5:00 - 6:30 approx   Second Show 

6:30 until done     Volunteers Load out - load up all props and such and unload onto the STAGE at the Wolcott Town Hall
